These terms are short because Foldra is simple. By using the app or this website, you agree to them.

The app, as-is

Foldra is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make it careful and reliable, but we can't promise it is free of defects, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Trash and recovery

Foldra never permanently deletes photos itself — trashed items go to your phone's native trash (Android Trash or iOS Recently Deleted), where your operating system keeps them for about 30 days. Recovery from that trash is a feature of your operating system, not of Foldra, and we make no warranty about it. Please check your phone's trash before the recovery window ends.

Foldra Plus

Plus is an optional subscription purchased through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought it from — manage your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account. There is no Foldra account, and we never handle your payment details.

Using Foldra

Use the app only with photo libraries you have the right to organize, and in ways permitted by law and by your device's app store terms. We may update the app or these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
